Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Only Pants! We sell 100% original export leftover and sample jeans, with unique, limited-quantity designs. Because each piece is one-of-a-kind, please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

✅Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns or exchanges if:
✔️ You receive the wrong item (e.g., wrong size or design).
✔️ The product is damaged or defective on arrival.

❌Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
🚫 Change of mind after delivery.
🚫 Wrong size ordered by customer (size guide is provided on the website).
🚫 Slight color differences due to lighting or screen resolution.
🚫 Jeans that have been worn, washed, or altered.

📦Return Process

1️⃣ Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at 0331-4243085 or support@onlyants.pro.
2️⃣ Provide clear photos showing the issue (wrong item or defect).
3️⃣ If your return is approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you on returning the item.
4️⃣ Returned jeans must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

💸Refunds

✔️ Refunds are only issued if we cannot provide a replacement for a wrong or defective item.
✔️ Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
✔️ Refunds will be made to your original payment method or via bank transfer.

🔄Exchanges

✔️ If your return is eligible, we’ll exchange the item with the correct product (subject to availability).
✔️ If the item is out of stock, you can choose a refund instead.

⚠️Important Notes

🔹 We carefully inspect every piece before shipping to maintain quality standards.
🔹 Our jeans are export leftovers or samples – each piece is unique; replacements for the same design may not be possible.
🔹 Delivery charges for approved returns will be borne by Only Pants.
